This way we know exactly what we're doing and when the tasks are expected to be completed, how much they cost individually, etc.

Development begins and you keep track of the work done in the customer portal. We will schedule weekly meetings to show the progress of the project over a video meeting that will be recorded for your records.

Step 5:

You own all items no matter what! Project is tested and checked for errors. If all goes well, it's published.
